Booking fees and Terms & Conditions

Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is mandatory for all bookings, unless your reservation is made within 6 weeks of your arrival date, in which case full payment is required.

Administration Charge: A £30 administrative fee applies to any changes requested to your booking.

Balance Payment: The full balance is to be settled 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Failure to make full payment 14 days before your booking will result in automatic cancellation.

Postponement: You can postpone your booking, but the rescheduled stay must occur within 6 months of your original booking date.

Rescheduling Fee: A £30 fee applies for rescheduling your booking.
