Please note:

Under 1s go free until they turn 1, but they must be registered with your pass.

If your child turns 1 before the renewal date of your pass, you will only be charged for the period following 1st birthday up until the renewal date. 

All passholders are required to provide a photo to be accepted. This is so we can verify your identity when visiting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...

DISABLED GUESTS AND WHEELCHAIR USERS

Guests who are registered disabled can enjoy a special rate annual pass. Proof of registration such as a valid blue Badge or DLA or IP payments is required upon purchase. 

Wheelchair users can enjoy free entry and do not need to purchase an annual pass to visit the castle or park.
