🦇 How scary is it?
This event is designed to be extremely scary, featuring live actors, simulated blood and gore, complete darkness, and deliberate jump scares. It is not suitable for young children or the faint of heart. Scaredy-cats, stay away...
🦇 Is it suitable for children?
This event is not suitable for young children. We recommend that children under 12 do not attend, and those aged 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult.
🦇 Is it suitable for pregnant women?
We do not recommend pregnant women attend due to the intense nature of the event.
🦇 Can my dog come along?
No, dogs are not allowed at the event.
🦇 Do I need to pre-book?
Yes, pre-booking is essential as there is no guarantee of entry without it and tickets are selling fast.
🦇 Is it suitable for disabled visitors?
We recommend guests with disabilities practice discretion when it comes to attending this event. The trail is designed to be frightening, so certain elements are loud or upsetting. Certain areas include flashing lights, so the event is not suitable for visitors with epilepsy. Due to limited mobility with narrow walkways, and uneven outdoor paths, this event is not suitable for wheelchair users.
🦇 Do you offer a disabled and carer ticket?
Yes, a free carer ticket is available for disabled visitors who are able to walk; however please make sure you have read all the above warnings before making your decision on whether you would like to attend or not. Proof of eligibility is required.
🦇 If me and my friends book separately, can we still go in together?
Yes, as long as you book the same time slot and the total in your group is 8 people or under.
🦇 What size group should I bring?
Groups will typically consist of 6-8 people. If your party is smaller, you may be grouped with others.
🦇 What dates are available?
The event runs on October 25th to November 2nd from 6:00 pm.
🦇 How long before our time slot should we arrive?
Please be onsite at least 15 minutes before your time slot, this gives you time to park and check in. Food is served before and after the experience with the exception of the 9pm slot, Food must be purchased before this.
🦇 How long does it last?
The experience lasts approximately one hour from the time of entry.
🦇 What should I wear?
Dress warmly for outdoor areas and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes with good grip, Please do not wear crocs, sliders, sandals, or high heels. Guests are permitted to wear costumes, but we ask for no masks/face make-up or prosthetics please. It is very important not to impersonate the scare actors for everyone's safety.
🦇 What if the weather affects my booking?
If extreme weather forces us to close the attractions, you will be contacted to reschedule.
🦇 Do I have to run?
No, running is not allowed unless instructed by a team member.
🦇 Are there any flashing lights, strobes, or smoke?
Yes, the attractions use strobe lights, flashing effects, and smoke. If you have medical conditions affected by these, please reconsider attending.
🦇 Can I touch the actors?
No. Actors may touch you as part of the experience, but guests are not allowed to touch or harass the actors.
🦇 Will food and drink be available?
Yes, food and drink will be available for purchase in the courtyard from 6 pm to 9 pm. No food or drink is allowed inside the experience.
🦇 Can I drink alcohol before or during the event?
Alcohol will be available to purchase and consume responsibly. Alcohol cannot be brought in, and disruptive guests under the influence will be asked to leave.
🦇 What time does the castle close?
The event closes at 10 pm.
