SCARE FAQ's

🦇 How scary is it?
This experience is designed to be extremely scary, and is not for young children or the faint of heart. This means live actors waiting to jump out and scare or chase you, simulated blood and gore, walking through complete darkness, and deliberate jumpscares. Scaredy-cats, stay away...

🦇 Can I drink alcohol before or during the event?
Alcoholic beverages may be on sale as part of our F&B offerings, but you cannot bring your own alcohol to this event. If we find you to be under the influence of substances, and/or disrupting other guests, you will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of everyone involved.

🦇 If me and my friends book separately, can we still go in together?
Yes; as long as you all book the same time slot, you can all go through the trail together. Otherwise, you will be placed into groups of eight for the journey.

🦇 What should I wear?
Bring appropriate clothing & footwear - the route includes outside areas, including walking through the woods. Please note that we do not allow visitors to wear masks. This is to prevent confusion between guests and scare actors.

🦇 How long does it last?
The experience takes approximately 1 hour from the time when you enter.

🦇 Is it suitable for children?
This event is inappropriate for small children; we strongly advise that those under 12 do not attend. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

🦇 What size group should I bring?
You will usually travel around the event in a group of 6 - 8 people. You can book a party of less than 8, however, you will likely be teamed up with other parties to make a larger group.

🦇 Can I touch the actors?
No! Our scare characters may touch you as part of their act, but guests are not allowed to touch, grab, or punch our scare actors. Anyone found to be abusing, mistreating or harassing our scare actors will be asked to leave the premises.

🦇 Is it suitable for disabled visitors?
We recommend guests with disabilities practice discretion when it comes to attending this event. The trail is designed to be frightening, so certain elements are loud or upsetting. Certain areas include flashing lights, so the event is not suitable for visitors with epilepsy. Due to limited mobility with narrow walkways, and uneven outdoor paths, this event is not suitable for wheelchair users.
